TERMS TO REMEMBER

  • QUEUE DATE
    Your queue date is NOT your examination date. A queued date is a specific date wherein the online applicant must visit the Bicol University Admissions Office to submit the other requirements. Your queue date will be scheduled at least three days after you applied online
  • TEST PERMIT
    Test permit will be given to the applicant upon submission of the requirements. Your test center and schedule is indicated in your Test Permit.

  Is changing of course possible?

Changing of course choice and campus is allowed during the submission of requirements in Bicol University Admissions Office. Just inform the officer in charge that you wanted to replace your course.


 Can we re-schedule the queue date?

You can reschedule your queued date from the available dates available here http://buao.ml/bucet_online/resched_queue.php and make sure to print your updated form. If your desired date is not on the choices it means that the slot for that day is full.


  Is it possible for us to retrieve our Application Form?

You may retrieve, view and print your Application Form at http://www.buao.ml/bucet_online/retrieve.php


  Where can we see the Queue Date and Time?

You can see your Queue Date and Time at the top right corner of your application form.


  Can we edit our Application Form online ?

Sadly no, but for minor errors (like missing LRN, misspelled word or mischecked box), please just use a correction tape to edit it and affix your signature/initials. We will only edit the application if there are major errors in your name, address or birthday. Just inform the officer in charge that you have some changes in the form.   Where is the Form 2/ 2nd page of my application form?

The form 2 or the 2nd page of the application form is automatically downloaded upon submitting or viewing of your application. Check the downloads (ctrl + J if you're using PC browser) and make sure to print it at the back page of your AF. Remember, use long bond paper or 8.5' x 13'.


  What if I am not available on my scheduled queue date?

If the applicant is not available on the assigned queued date, any representative is allowed as long as you accomplished all the requirements.
